In the past week was held the baptism of Domus Birrae, the new landmark for craft beer in Rome.The project was rumored for some time now, although the involved characters have managed to maintain a certain reserve on the details. Not that easy, let’s face it, given the scale of this adventure involving prestigious names. The most grandiose is Manuele Colonna, but many Italian beer passionate know the others as well: Luca Chen, Aleandro and Luca “the camel”, a important part of the Ma che siete venuti a fà and bir&fud, from which this new beershop directly stems.

Michele Galati is one of the most popular publicans among Italian fans because of its Abbazia di Sherwood, a pub that has established itself over the years as a must in northern Italy. After several successes in the field, he is going to open a second point of reference for the craft beer, which will be officially inaugurated on Thursady 15th October. Located in the town of Nembro, in the province of Bergamo, the new pub will be called The Dome and will boast a selection of taps and bottles enviable.
