The Italian breweries keep working on their recipes and, sometimes, on completely new beers. We must, from time to time, take a look at the new products, and this time many news came from renowned breweries. We going to start from some seasonal, namely the Christmas beer from Bad Attitude, called Rudolph. Its most important feature does not affect senses, but the fact of being connected to a commendable initiative of social solidarity.

'10New Italian beers at the turn of 2010
From time to time I love to publish a post about new Italian beers! Let’s start with something completely new, coming from Birra Amiata. It’s called Gincana, a name which is the union of the two special ingredients with which is brewed: ginepro (juniper) and canapa (hemp). The recipe provides the use of malted barley, wheat and hops, as well as hemp leaves (no THC of course) and Maremma juniper berries.
