In the past week was held the baptism of Domus Birrae, the new landmark for craft beer in Rome. The project was rumored for some time now, although the involved characters have managed to maintain a certain reserve on the details. Not that easy, let’s face it, given the scale of this adventure involving prestigious names. The most grandiose is Manuele Colonna, but many Italian beer passionate know the others as well: Luca Chen, Aleandro and Luca “the camel”, a important part of the Ma che siete venuti a fà and bir&fud, from which this new beershop directly stems.
